TToday, I started reading "Never Forget Our People Were Always Free: A Parable of American Healing" by Ben Jealous, the Executive Director of the Sierra Club. The book highlights how the path to healing America's broken heart begins with each of us having the courage to heal ourselves. According to Mr. Jealous, it would be transformative if every American treated each other as cousins.

The vernal equinox will occur fifty-four minutes before midnight tonight, marking the start of calendar spring. However, we have lived in the nine hottest months in history due to the Anthropocene’s impact. During my walk, I noticed a few flurries that landed on my jacket and melted quickly, resembling an ice cream cone on a mid-summer walk. Winter has become a shorter and milder season for me. Could it be climate change?
